By accessing and using the SKYNEX website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of any future modifications.

SKYNEX provides freelance digital services including:

Services are provided through freelance platforms (Fiverr, Upwork) and direct engagement.

When you engage SKYNEX for a project:

• A detailed project scope, timeline, and deliverables will be agreed upon before work begins.
• Any changes to the project scope may result in adjustments to the timeline and cost.
• We will provide regular progress updates as agreed.
• Final deliverables will be provided upon completion and full payment.

• Payment terms are agreed upon before project commencement.
• For platform-based projects (Fiverr, Upwork), payment is processed through the respective platform's payment system.
• For direct projects, payment milestones may be established based on project scope.
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.
• Refund policies are subject to individual project agreements and platform rules.

Upon full payment:

• All custom work and deliverables become the property of the client.
• SKYNEX retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
• Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.
• Source code and project files are transferred as specified in the project agreement.

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project requirements.
• Supply necessary content, assets, and access credentials in a timely manner.
• Respond to communications and review requests within reasonable timeframes.
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule.
• Not use delivered work for unlawful purposes.

• The number of included revisions will be specified in the project agreement.
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
• Post-delivery support duration and terms are defined per project.
• Bug fixes related to delivered work are provided as agreed in the project terms.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:

• Project details and business information shared during the engagement.
• Access credentials and proprietary data.
• Any sensitive information exchanged during the project lifecycle.

SKYNEX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

• Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice.
• Upon termination, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.
• Completed deliverables will be transferred upon full payment.
• Platform-specific cancellation policies apply for projects initiated through Fiverr or Upwork.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication. For platform-based projects, the respective platform's dispute resolution process will be followed. We believe in transparent communication and finding fair solutions.

SKYNEX reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
